NEW ORLEANS – Cutting Edge would like to acknowledge its programming partners: Cutting Edge will present programming on management, music placement for film, TV and commercials in conjunction with NARAS, NOSACONN, Inc. working with the New Orleans Arts in Education, Digital Media and Technology Education Initiative will host an Educators panel and a back-to-school, media and technology fair for returning students at the Algiers Technology Academy, Shive Magazine and Austin, Texas based Capitol View Arts program’s Urban Austin – Urban New Orleans workshops, industry Meet-ups and performances at Café Istanbul Club, Friends of Armstrong Park shows its ‘Music Business Appreciation’ with a celebration at Sweet Lorraine Jazz Club, and the Roots Music Gathering and Hattiesburg, Mississippi base Porch Sessions TV Show will conduct oral histories at Bamboula’s Club on Frenchmen Street.
**Panel procedures have been re-thought for several panels. Artists will perform LIVE UNPLUG as a part of the panel and the discussion, at these panels speakers are encourage to incorporate the artists and their music as demonstrations of how the panelists would work with those performing artists.**
